We’ve been a Houston area portrait photography studio for more than 20 years. We have a full line of printed portrait media from which to choose; luster and deep matte papers, several types of canvas, gallery wraps and prints on metal, wood, and acrylic, plus we also offer digital portrait options. For families wanting to take advantage of multiple portrait sessions, we have a portrait pass membership that includes 4 sessions to use within 12 months. This is a great option for newborns. We also offer custom designed birth announcements, custom holiday cards, and have a full line of custom framing options.
Portrait session options include in-studio or on location sittings for either 30 minutes or 1 hour. Newborn and family sessions typically need the full hour, and sessions with young children, high school seniors or executives can be accomplished with a 30-minute session. Location sitting fees are based on distance from our studio.
Clients have their choice of photographic media. We have a la carte and package pricing for printed portraits as well as digital portraits. Our pricing starts at $470 for a 30-minute studio sitting and printed portrait package. Our digital packages start at $670 for a 30-minute studio sitting and download of high-resolution digital portraits.
For clients ordering printed portraits, a preview link to the session proofs is sent so that images can be viewed at home prior to coming into the studio for a viewing and purchasing appointment. The viewing and purchasing appointment takes about an hour. Portraits are displayed on a large television screen and images can be displayed in the exact size that is being ordered, This system really gives you a feel for how the portrait will appear once displayed in your home. We will also show you our printed portrait paper and canvas options, and also discuss custom framing.
Printed portrait production times run 4-6 weeks and digital portraits run about 2 weeks. All orders are paid in full before production begins.
Established in 1997
Zontini Studios began in the wedding industry in 1997 and expanded to include baby/children/family portraits in 2000. The studio is located in a historic converted home in the Montrose area, was built in 1923 and completely renovated in 2000. The studio is decorated as a home, and the indoor environment is the backdrop for most studio portraits. Pull down photo backgrounds are rarely used. Weather permitting, we have landscaped outdoor areas and an area with rustic Latin doors. To give our clients variety, most studio sessions are a combination of indoor and outdoor looks.
